[Gravity] Rename Lunr\DataAccess => Lunr\Gravity and restructure the namespace

Rename the DataAccess namespace to Gravity. Additionally this restructures the whole namespace into clearer sub-namespaces to not have everything in the same folder. The new structure is like this: Gravity |_Database | |_MySQL |_Filesystem Eventually we could make sub-namespaces in Gravity\Filesystem as well, but IMHO it's still a bit early for that.
