[Sphere] Move session classes into dedicated namespace

This moves the session classes from core into a dedicated namespace 'Sphere'. Additionally some unit test dependencies on runkit got fixed and a missing one for Session->start() added. This depends on http://reviews.lunr.nl/r/51/
