This moves support scripts into a toplevel support folder.
It also adds a setup.sh script to setup the runtime environment (install interactions, etc)

For the curious:
I know there is a thing called composer (http://getcomposer.org/) which is meant to do something similar.
Unfortunatly it is so full of shit I wonder how its developers are still able to breath....
